Return & Exchange Policy

At Belavista, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we gladly accept returns for size exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Only size-related exchanges are accepted.
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Accessories, sale items, or items marked as "final sale."
  • Products returned after the 3-day window.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at Belavista.in@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and details of the size issue.
  • Our support team will schedule a pickup at your delivery address.

4. Return Process

  • A delivery partner will collect the item from your location.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the correct size (subject to availability).
  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or a store credit.

5. Shipping Costs

  • The first return (per order) for size issues is free of charge.
  • Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur a pickup/shipping fee.

6. Store Credit (if exchange not possible)

  • In case your size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit equal to the amount paid.
  • Store credits can be used on any future purchase and have no expiry date.
